Elux at Ocotillo will be a 225-unit luxury rental community located within Queen Creek’s booming East Valley. Recently, Queen Creek was named a Top 10 suburb to move, by homes.com. Queen Creek is also one of the fastest-growing cities in Arizona and has emerged as a preeminent industrial submarket. It is becoming the next high-tech manufacturing and distribution location in the Valley due to its convenient access to SR 24 and a talented labor pool. While parks and trails are nearby, the project is planned to have its own community center, recreational gathering areas, pool, dog park, and private entry. The property will include one and two-story rental homes, with several floor plans offering one to three bedrooms.

Tramonto is a 138 unit luxury leased housing community in North Phoenix. The property features one, two and three bedroom homes with large private backyards and resort style amenities. The development was completed in October of 2018.
